Is it possible for someone like that to face death without terror that accompanies the knowledge that your actions are responsible for the suffering and death of so many fellow humans? My parents both needed major surgery, but the bill was $0.00, so they never lost their house or their savings. Never even had the humiliation of phone calls from collection agencies.
